We booked flights and accommodation for Ugandan Universities that participated in this games in July 2018, over 160 students and lecturers, officials from Makerere, Kyambogo, Uganda Christian University, Uganda management University, Ndege University, Kampala University, Kampala International University in support from National council of Sports /Ministry of Education and Sports the deal was worth USD 98,000/=

We were responsible for flight booking for Makerere University basketball team that travel to China for 3x3 World university games in 2017,FISU Appointed us to handle the project the deal that was worth USD 10,000/=

University travel agent during the year 2017 we were appointed sole travel agent for Kampala University booking tickets for university travel activities abroad

FASU -Federation of Africa University Sports

Over the years since 2016 to date we have been involved in issuing tickets to delegates from federation across African continent support them in travel and logistics projects ,this year our company was responsible to plan and brook a deal with Ethiopian airline as official airline for All Africa University games that were held in Mekele University in Ethiopia over 2000 delegates attended the games according to report from organizer and airlines over 1500 tickets were issued with the airlines amounting to over USD 1M revenue.

FISU University world Rugby Sevens (Namibia July 2018)

We booked delegation of 18 people including rugby players from UCU, MAKERERE UNIVERSITY AND NDEGE UNIVERISTY fly to Namibia and participated in this tournament, this trip was partial supported by the ministry of Education and sports under National Council of Sports. The deal was worth USD 17,600- We booked flight arranged domestics logistics like VISA and return Transfers.

This has been among the best project in our business as we have supported KCCA FC in booking for away games flight with delegation of over 38 members in 3 games so far we win the competitive bid due to our reach network in airline industry by provide affordable rates for the first game in Gaborone Bostwana, During home games we are booking flights for CAF officials and Referees.

so far we have executed this deal at an estimate value of USD 145,000/= Due to our best services the football club has maintained us, we are always booking tickets for club officials at least between 2-4 tickets per week for various engagement outside Uganda.

Project: Tugende e- Dubai

We processed UAE Visa, book flight, hotel and tours for 45 people during the first trip 5N/6D in 2015 the deal was worth USD 54,000/= During the Second trip the following year 2016, we had 34 people that were taken to Dubai we offered our services as usual by offering UAE visa and flight booking deal worth USD.

Africa Nations Cup: Gabon Jan-Feb 2017

It was a history in making after 40 years of Uganda Cranes trying and not making it to this prestigious continent tournament, when news broke of Uganda Crane qualification and involvement we beefed up with selected partners in Gabon for charter and hotel industry and designed what was the best affordable rates for Ugandan fans fly and cheer up the Cranes. Our rates were the best according to the media and fans; we partner with Ethiopian Airlines and Rwanda Air and flew over 100 fans to Gabon.

This was our first test and break through as a new company; we have maintained couple of customers who reach to us once in a while for business opportunity in our selected services we offer. The deal was worth USD 167,000= Our major task was to book flights and accommodation in all participating cities and stadium in Gabon namely: Port Gentil , Libreville and

FAO - United Nations

We offered customs, ground and Ocean freight services to Agro Trust Company that was supplying cereal seeds to FAO office in Juba South Sudan .We transported 500 Metric Tons of sorghum from Tororo to Juba deal worth USD 98,000= our work was to source and negotiate with trucks on credit to offer freight services, this project was executed for a period of one month from February to March 2018.

We also booked ocean freight of vegetable seeds from India to Mombasa and later transported on road to Juba FAO offices and warehouses

Special Olympics Uganda

Special Olympics is movement supporting athlete with intellectual disability, Linus has been a volunteer for a period of 3 years supporting the Ugandan chapter. Equator Aviation Services is currently their travel agent we are involved in flight booking, training and fundraising activities .During 2017 world winter games in Austria ,we booked flights for 46 delegates and athletes ,advised on visa and hotel booking in Austria.

The deal was worth USD 78,000/= During special Olympics 50 years anniversary celebration in Chicago July 2018. Linus Wamanya - Director -Equator Aviation was invited as honored guest due to his support to the movement join all other officials from whole world meet and share the success and future plans for the Special Olympics Movement .Part of our profits are contributed to this movement especially for Ugandan chapter.We have shipped Special Olympics Uganda items from China, USA AND UK to Uganda in most cases upon request at no profit.

We are sole accredited agent for Sanlam Insurance company in Uganda, we issue travel medical insurance at any time upon any request without necessarily struggling to find out where to get polices, our rates are standard globally; we have been agent since 2017 to date.
